Rate and Insurance
The rate for individual therapy is $175 per session.
This rate reflects the typical fee for licensed psychologists with doctoral training. It helps support the care, experience, and thoughtful attention I bring to our work together.
A Note About Insurance
As I operate a small private practice, I am unable to take insurance. However, most clients are able to use their insurance benefits through what's called a superbill.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be eligible to get reimbursed for a portion of each session, up to 50-90%! If you are eligible, I can provide you with a superbill which is a detailed receipt with the information your insurance company needs to process your claim. We can talk more about this during our consultation if you'd like.
